Before you begin, we would like to let you know that drillers.com is the oldest oil and gas jobs site in the world. It is highly respected and trusted by thousands of the top people in the oil and gas business. One of the main reasons for this is the industry know-how and experience possessed by the owners and staff over the years. We know drilling and well engineering inside and out, and only deal with others of the same standard, whatever job title they possess.
In that vein, we kindly request that you complete your company profile as much as possible. You can save your progress and come back and log back in to finish, but you need to make sure that your profile presents your company in the best light.
One complaint that we hear in the industry is the quality/noise problem with internet job boards and recruiter databases. Rather than complaining, we decided to do something about it. We are moderating and vetting candidates carefully, for experience, job title relevance, skills, and training.
We will create a quality standard where a candidate having an online drillers.com resume will be a badge of honour.
We believe that if you are going to do something, you should complete it to a high standard and the best of your ability.
If we are setting standards high for candidates, we must ask that you, as an employer or recruiter act in the same manner.
drillers.com is the most relevant, specific place for drilling teams to come together. There won’t be millions of candidates registered here, ranging from cooks to cleaners. Likewise, we do not accept registrations from any recruiter, marketing person or someone who isn’t prepared to represent their company to a high standard.
We only want the best and brightest employers, recruiters and candidates to register here. All new users to drillers.com will be moderated and vetted, and we only allow a profile to go live if it is up to industry standards.
We can’t ask everyone to raise the online oil and gas job board standard, without offering plenty of incentive in return. for example, do you like the fact that we are going to carefully vet candidates before they can contact you and potentially waste your time?
Pricing & Process
It’s free to register, and then we’ll run a few routine background checks. This is to make sure that you’re the kind of company that we like to work with. (NO spammers, data miners or other shady types).
Once your account is approved, you’ll get an email notification, and you’ll be able to post jobs on the board. A standard job advert is $75, a premium job advert is $125, and then we have pre-paid volume deals.

A premium listing:
- Costs $125 per job, per 30 days.
- Appears at the top of the search result for each job title and work location.
- Appears in the featured jobs section on our sidebar of the website.
- Gets Posted, Tweeted and shared across 25+ separate social media sites that are owned by drillers partner companies.
- Will catch the eye of a human moderator, to see if we can match an ideal candidate right away (no promises, but our network is significant).
