Who Should Attend
Engineers, technologists, and field personnel with a technical or operational interest in wells that produce sand.
Summary
This five-day course will address production problems resulting from excessive sand production and will present completion and workover techniques designed to either minimize or manage sand production. The course will include heavy oil applications as well as sand production problems commonly associated with conventional oil, gas, and water wells in international operations.
Participants can expect to apply sand management methods learned in the course to practical field operations.
